Empowering formerly incarcerated and justice-impacted adults through hands-on workforce development, transformative life skills training, and community-centered growth.
The Restoring Lives Program, in partnership with Rush Arts Philadelphia, is a workforce development apprenticeship program centered on restoration, resilience, and results. Our comprehensive 18-24 month program trains adults in high-demand trades while delivering weekly life skills rooted in emotional intelligence, communication, and financial sustainability. With stipends, meals, and support included, our students are not only learning, they are taking ownership of their future. This program goes beyond job training, it’s offering real transformation. Participants graduate whole, with skills, purpose, and a powerful new path forward.
We empower individuals who face significant life challenges due to incarceration or past hardships resulting in barriers to employment. We believe in the power of second chances and our work doesn’t stop with our participants, we are transforming the community. By providing workforce development, economic development, and life skills training, we are tackling the root causes of poverty, crime, and instability, helping to create neighborhoods that are not only safe but sustainable. With our program, we’re not only preparing individuals for careers, we’re equipping them with the tools to help build a brighter and safer future for everyone!
