The Restoring Lives Program x Rush Arts Philanthropic
The Restoring Lives Program, in partnership with Rush Arts Philadelphia, is a workforce development apprenticeship program and structured Safe Haven for individuals navigating instability, system involvement, or barriers to opportunity.
Our 18–24 month Restoring Lives Apprenticeship trains adults in high-demand trades while delivering weekly life skills development focused on emotional intelligence, communication, financial sustainability, and personal accountability. With stipends, meals, mentorship, and holistic support included, participants are not only learning, they are rebuilding stability and ownership over their future.
For youth in need of structure, guidance, and positive direction, the Restoring Lives Program provides daily engagement, vocational exposure, mentorship, and a safe environment to grow, belong, and lead.
This program goes beyond job training. Participants graduate skilled, confident, and grounded in purpose; prepared for employment, leadership, and long-term community contribution.

From the construction site to the classroom, the Restoring Lives Program equips participants with the tools to build careers, stabilize families, and contribute to stronger local economies.
